Hmmmmm.........All of those fancy dials & controls on your new TX won't do you any good if you never show up at the field!   Poor, poor excuse......................" I was in Arkansas...........I was stuck in the Little Rock Airport for eleven hours, I’m an idiot"   Etc etc etc............(I added that last one)  Geeeeeeese O" Pete...........That's almost as good as the one we heard last night at the field.............{QUOTE] " I didn't bring a plane because I had to do some housework & wash the dishes".........................TRUE STORY!  I won't give his name out, but he lives on a lake to the East & his initials are H.D.

I guess that myself, Russ, Tom & Jerry are going to hold down the fort this year! (OOP's.....drop Jerry from the list as he showed up without a plane last night also) And...........Russ said he had a fantastic time last night as he brought four planes & only broke two of them.  (landing)   He stated that anytime he only smucks fifty percent or less of the planes brought to the field, it's a great night!

Also with my buddy from Montague not showing up, I am forced to change from rating Johns landings to Toms landings!  His ratings are much higher than John's also........See John........It pays not to show up.................

EDITOR: I had to post this, and remember it is all in fun that we partake in this club and this letter was meant to be funny and if you know Barry well enough said.

p.s. John,  I got a high rating of 2.5 for 1 of my landings, but it was a dead stick and I made the field!

p.s.s. Barry also had some poor landings. However, in everyone’s defense, the field was very soft and wet and the wheels would stick badly. I believe that is what made Russ have a few  problems with his planes. (See pics)
